Can’t see your data in Vaizle AI?
If you’ve tried connecting your Meta Ads account to Vaizle AI and data looks missing, slow, or not what you expected – you’re in the right place.
At a quick glance:
- Vaizle AI analyzes the last 90 days of Meta Ads data.
- The timeline is automatic and not manually editable.
- During first sync, recent days appear first, then the rest fills in.
- Vaizle AI supports Meta Ads ad accounts. Facebook & Instagram Pages are not included as of now.
Let’s discuss in detail.
1. Why can’t I see more than 90 days of data?
Vaizle AI is designed to fetch and analyze last 90 days of your Meta Ads data. This keeps analysis fast and relevant to current performance. The date range is set by the system and cannot be edited.
2. Why is my data still fetching?
If you’re still seeing data analysis in progress on your screen, here are some points to note:
- New ad account just connected. First sync can take a bit based on account size. Open the chat again after a short while.
- Access or permissions changed. If your data fetch still remains incomplete, verify whether your Ad account access was revoked or not.
3. Why can’t I see my Facebook or Instagram page data?
Vaizle AI analyzes Meta Ads ad accounts. It does not include Facebook/Instagram Pages or organic post metrics as of now.
Here’s what you can do:
- Create a chat per brand or market to keep ad insights tidy.
- Make sure you connected the ad account that runs your campaigns.
