Getting Started with Vaizle AI
Welcome to Vaizle! We’re glad you have chosen to analyze your Meta Ads with us.
Vaizle’s AI agent is a conversational tool that knows your Meta Ads account inside out, and can answer any question you have instantly. Think: ChatGPT, but specifically for your Meta Ads.
Keep an eye out for new features & integrations as we ship updates often.
That being said, let’s get started.
1: Connect & sync your Facebook Ad account data
During the onboarding process, you need to connect one Ad account, a chat for which will then be created in your account. (Don’t worry – You will later be able to connect more Ad accounts with Vaizle.)
Reminder – In case you’re not seeing any Ad accounts, that means you’re probably signing in with the wrong account. Recheck.
After you connect, you’ll land on the sync screen. That means we are now syncing your Meta Ads data with Vaizle AI. There’s a timeline on the top-right corner for you to keep track of how far back your Meta Ads data is tracked.
Vaizle AI will first fetch data for first 3 days, and data will keep populating automatically. We go back till 90 days in your Ad account history.
This process takes a few minutes. Larger accounts can take longer. That is normal.
2: Explore the prompt library
The Prompt Library is your starting point. It is organized by use cases: Analyze Performance, Get Recommendations, Predict Outcomes. You can click on any prompt to use it as a template. You can even type a custom query. That’s completely up to you.
A good first pass is something you often look for in Ads Manager. Pick the area that matches your goal and open a prompt that feels close.
3: Let’s run one of the prompt
Now, let’s pick one of the prompts. For example: “Give me a funnel view — clicks → ATC → checkout → purchase for last 3 days.“
You will see that Vaizle AI is thinking and preparing the right answer for you. You can also expand each step to view the process followed.
At the end, you will get the desired answer. In this case: a table with funnel view of the user’s purchase journey.
4: Let’s work on the result
Every result is actionable. If you want to further tweak it, you can do so. You can remove any particular “X” column and add “Y” column. When you want to see a particular trend explained visually, you can ask for charts or graphs.
To share any table/ graph/ chart with your team, click Copy to put it on your clipboard or use the Download icon to save it.
You will also see a suggested follow‑up below the result. Use it to go deeper, or ask your own follow‑up if you have a specific angle in mind.
PS: You can also switch models and toggle to “Thinking Mode” for a deeper analysis. It takes some time but the answer is always worth it. (More about it here)
5: Ask something that actually saves you time
Skip generic summaries. Start with the question that has been hard to answer or time‑consuming to compile.
Lead gen example: “List ad sets from the last 7 days with cost per action, total actions, and ad spend. Highlight the worst CPA.”
Ecommerce example: “Show top ads by ROAS in the last 14 days with spend, purchases, and revenue. Flag any ad sets with rising CPA.”
Adjust the phrasing for your account type. You can always ask a custom query.
