Can’t see your data in Vaizle AI?

If you’ve tried connecting your Meta Ads account to Vaizle AI and data looks missing, slow, or not what you expected – you’re in the right place.

At a quick glance:

  • Vaizle AI fetches data in real time.
  • You’ll be able to ask questions about lifetime account history.
  • For vault agent specifically, Vaizle will store only 90 days of data. This agent is specifically built to ensure you can continue asking questions if real-time data fetch faces any errors.

Let’s discuss in detail.

1. Why does my data look missing or slow?

In most cases, this happens because your ad account is still being processed, the real-time fetch is still running, or the connected account access has changed.

If you recently connected your Meta Ads account, Vaizle may need a little time to start returning the data properly. This is especially common when the account is large or has a long history.

So if the data does not appear instantly, it does not always mean something is broken.

2. Can I ask questions about lifetime account history?

Yes.

Vaizle AI fetches data in real time, which means you can ask questions about your Meta Ads account history beyond just the last 90 days.

This is where users sometimes get confused, because the 90-day limit applies specifically to Vault Agent storage, not to Vaizle AI’s overall real-time data-fetching capability.

3. What does Vault Agent store?

Vault Agent stores 90 days of data.

This stored layer exists so you can continue asking questions even if real-time data fetch runs into an issue. In other words, Vault Agent acts as a reliable backup layer for analysis, while live data fetch helps answer broader and more immediate questions.

So if you are inside Vault Agent and expecting older stored data to appear there, that is why it may not be visible.

4. Why can’t I see the latest data?

Vaizle AI fetches data in real time, but the latest numbers may still take a little time in some cases.

This usually happens when:

  • the account was connected recently
  • the first fetch is still being processed
  • the account is large
  • your Meta Ads access or permissions changed

If your data still looks delayed after some time, make sure the correct Meta Ads account is connected and that access has not been revoked.

5. Why can’t I see my Facebook Page or Instagram Page data?

Vaizle AI is built for Meta Ads account analysis.

It does not currently show:

  • Facebook Page insights
  • Instagram Page insights
  • organic social media performance data

So if you were expecting page-level or organic data, that is likely why it is not showing up.

6. What should I do next?

First, make sure you connected the correct Meta Ads account.

Then, give the system a little time if this is a new connection or a large account.

Also keep this in mind:

  • real-time fetch lets Vaizle answer broader historical questions
  • Vault Agent stores only 90 days of data
  • page and organic social data are not included here
