What you can do with email scheduling?

You can ask Vaizle to send reports on a schedule, such as:

• “Email me this report every day at 9 AM.”
• “Send me a weekly Meta Ads summary every Monday morning.”
• “Email me a Google Ads and GA4 performance report before my weekly meeting.”
• “Check every morning and email me if spend has increased but conversions have dropped.”

How to set up email scheduling in Vaizle AI?

It is a really simple process. Just open the chat and click on the Context button in chatbox. From the Context screen, click on the Email icon. Just add the email address where you want to receive reports.

Once your email is added, return to the chat and simply ask Vaizle to send you a report. For example: “Email me a daily marketing performance report at 9 AM.”

After you ask Vaizle to schedule the email, the report schedule will appear in Schedules.
