How to set context for your chat in Vaizle?

Vaizle AI already knows your Meta Ads account really well. But if you want insights that actually understand your brand, your landing pages, or what your competitors are up to, that’s where adding context helps.

Context is how you brief Vaizle before it starts answering. Set it once per chat, and every question you ask in that chat will automatically factor it in. No need to re-explain yourself with every prompt.

(Context is available in Live Agent only.)

How to set context?

Inside the chatbox, click the Context button. You’ll see the following options:

  • Your website or landing page: Add your main website or a specific page you’re running traffic to. Vaizle reads it to understand your brand, offer, and positioning.
  • Competitor website or webpage: Add a competitor’s website or a specific page. Vaizle reads it to understand how they’re positioned. You can add more than one competitor.
  • Competitor ads from Meta Ads Library: Add a competitor’s Meta Ads Library URL. Vaizle pulls their active ads and uses them in your analysis. Especially useful for creative research.
  • Guidance: Add rules you want Vaizle to follow throughout the chat. One rule per line. Keep each one clear and specific. For example: “Reply in whole numbers only” or “Consider ROAS as the primary metric”.

That’s it!

Not sure what to add? Start with just your website URL and one competitor. That alone makes a noticeable difference in answer quality.

Pro tip: Context is set per chat. Working on a different brand or market? Open a new chat and set context there.
