  1. Best time to post: You can find the best time to post a particular content type for each social media platform.

How to access Add-on packages? What are the different Add-on packages available

Go to Settings and click Add-ons in the right column menu.

2) In the $99/m add-on plan, you get 50 additional profiles with 25 swaps per month.

How much would extra profiles cost?

After you have reached social media profiles in your account limit, you can buy more profiles.

The cost of an extra profile depends upon the plan you’re using:

  • If you’re using ‘Basic’ plan, extra profiles will cost you $12 per profile
  • If you’re using ‘Pro’ plan, extra profiles will cost you $9 per profile

You can check more details on Vaizle’s pricing page

Can we get access to 12-month data history in Vaizle?

When you add any social media profile 1 in Vaizle, it fetches the data for the period of the last 6-months.

A certain cost is associated for fetching data from any social media channel. The more the time-period, the more the data, and hence, more the cost. To keep costs affordable for our users, we only fetch the data for the last 6-months. We have always strived to give maximum value to our users and bring social media analytics to everyone.

However, in our custom plans, you can request data for more than 6-months. For more details, contact at support@vaizle.com

Why am I unable to authenticate my social profiles? How do I do it?

Following could be the reason why you’re not able to authenticate your social media accounts:

The Facebook account you’re authenticating is a “personal profile”. You can only authenticate a Facebook Business page.

The Instagram account you’re authenticating is not a business account. In order to authenticate Instagram, you need to be an owner of any one Instagram Business account linked with a Facebook page.

To learn how to authenticate your social media accounts, please Watch This Video 10.

If you’re not able to authenticate even after all the above conditions, as a last resort, you can click on “Skip” button to move further. And authenticate it later (watch the video above).

You can authenticate your social media profiles later by going into Landscape and then Authenticate tab in the right column menu.

You can see here which social media channels are not authenticated. The social channels which are not authenticated show ‘Authenticated’ text with a red cross mark.

Click on Authenticate button under each social media channel to authenticate it.

Once your profile is successfully authenticated, you will see the text & ‘Authenticated’ text; with a green tick mark.

What happens if I don’t authenticate my social profiles?

Authenticating your social profiles is required to ensure that your Vaizle account runs without errors. For the best performance, you need to authenticate all the social media profiles: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.

Please note: Authentication is different from “Adding/setting up brands in the tool”.

The profiles you use for authentication has nothing to do with the analysis in the tool. You can authenticate your Vaizle account with any valid social media accounts irrespective of the brands you want to analyse.

[TEMPLATE] Social Media Campaign Plan

A social media marketing campaign plan is a summary of everything you plan to do and hope to achieve on social media. It guides your actions and lets you know whether you’re succeeding or failing. Every post, reply, like, and comment should serve a purpose.

The more specific your strategy is, the more effective the execution will be. Keep it concise. Don’t make your plan so lofty and broad that it’s unattainable or impossible to measure.

How to get the template:

Step 1: Click here to access the template on Google Drive 203
Step 2: Download the template
Step 3: Fill, edit, or add new fields and get your campaign plan ready!

HOW TO USE

It’s advisable to begin with a social meida audit and competitive analysis to help you identify the opporunities and gaps. To make your life easier, we have created a free social media campaign plan for you to use. It covers four important parts of the plan:

  1. Campaign Ideas
It covers all types of ideas and communication messages you want to send out to your audience. Typically, it needs to have a name to give a better idea to your team and make communication easier. You can do so in the first column. You can even mark it with a hashtag. In the second column, you describe what your plan is about.
  2. Objective or Call to Action
Each post on social media has a different objective. In the J column, you write what you want to achieve from a particular campaign.
  1. Social Media Channels
A long-testimonial video will not work on Instagram or Twitter. You need to segregate the channels on which your campaign will run. Choose your preferred channels in the K column.
  1. Organic or Paid
You don’t want to promote all the campaigns to all the people. Even if you do, you have a restricted budget. Pre-plan in the column L which campaigns you will promote with paid budget.
