How to authenticate your social profiles once you skipped it during profile setup?  

You can authenticate your social media profiles by going into Landscape and then Authenticate tab in the right column. 

You can see here which social media channels are not authenticated. The social channels which are not authenticated show ‘Authenticated’ text with a red cross mark. 

Click on the Authenticate button under each social media channel to authenticate it. 

Once your profile is successfully authenticated, you will see the text ‘Authenticated’ with a green tick mark. 

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot authenticate Instagram profile if it is not a Instagram business profile linked with a Facebook page. 

How to change the email id and password of your Vaizle account?

Go into Settings and then Account Details from right colum-menu.  

After that, to change your email ID, replace the email ID already available with the one you want to update with. To change the password, enter your old password and then your new in the text boxes available. 

Now you can change brand color in your Vaizle account! 

Now you can assign a brand color of your choice!

With this feature, you can: 

• Assign a brand color of your choice either by changing shades, hex code, or RGB numbers. 
• Assign a brand color that aligns with their brand guidelines making your reports highly effective 

To change the color of a brand in Vaizle, go to Landscape where you can see all the brands and the color which represents them. 

Move the black buttons to change the color and shade. Or enter the hex code to choose the exact color of your choice.

How can I change the time zone of my Vaizle account? 

To change the time zone of your analysis, go to Settings and then select Timezone tab in the right column menu. 

Click on the current time zone that’s activated on your account. 

Now select the time zone you want to work in. You can even search it in the search box available at the top of the drop down. 

How to add a new brand (or profile) after I clicked the “Finish” button or couldn’t add more during account setup? 

You can add a new brand or profile anytime as long as you have profiles left on your profile. 

To add a new brand or check how many profiles are remaining in your account, go to Landscape. 

Click on Add New, and follow the same process for adding a new profile.
