AI Disclosure

Vaizle News may use AI tools to support parts of the editorial workflow.

This page explains how AI tools may be used, where human review is required, and how Vaizle remains responsible for the final content published on Vaizle News.

How We May Use AI Tools

AI tools may support our editorial process in limited ways. This may include:

  • organizing research notes
  • summarizing source material for internal review
  • generating outline ideas
  • brainstorming headline options
  • improving grammar and readability
  • checking structure and clarity
  • helping editors compare source details
  • preparing drafts that are later reviewed and edited by humans

AI tools may help with workflow efficiency, but they do not replace editorial judgment.

Human Review

Every Vaizle News article is reviewed by a human before publication. Human review may include:

  • checking source quality
  • reviewing factual claims
  • confirming attribution
  • editing the story for clarity
  • making sure the article is useful for marketers
  • checking that the headline accurately reflects the story
  • deciding whether the article is ready to publish

Vaizle is responsible for the final published content.

What AI Does Not Do

AI tools do not make final editorial decisions for Vaizle News. AI tools do not independently decide:

  • which stories we cover
  • which sources are reliable
  • whether a claim is confirmed
  • whether a story should be published
  • whether a correction is required
  • whether a commercial disclosure is needed

Those decisions remain with the Vaizle editorial team.

Accuracy and Source Checking

AI-generated or AI-assisted material can contain errors, outdated information, or unsupported claims. For that reason, we do not treat AI output as a final source of truth.

When AI tools are used to support a story, the published article should still be based on official sources, credible reporting, public documentation, or other verifiable information.

Disclosure in Articles

When AI tools are used in a meaningful way in the creation or editing of an article, we may disclose this in or near the article.

A disclosure may be added when AI tools were used to help draft, structure, summarize, or substantially edit a story.

Minor uses, such as grammar suggestions, formatting assistance, or headline brainstorming, may not always require a separate article-level disclosure.

Images and Visuals

Vaizle News may use original graphics, screenshots, licensed images, or AI-assisted visuals where appropriate.

If an AI-generated or AI-assisted image is used in a way that could affect how readers understand the story, we aim to label it clearly.

We do not use AI-generated visuals to misrepresent real events, real screenshots, product interfaces, or statements from people or companies.

Responsibility

Vaizle remains responsible for the content published on Vaizle News. The use of AI tools does not remove our responsibility to review, edit, source, correct, and update published content when needed.
