Here's the simplest way I can explain why it matters: Imagine something went sideways in your ad account an hour ago. (Maybe you're seeing too much bot traffic or something suspicious.) You just want to understand what happened. Right now. That's exactly what the Live Agent is built for. |

What is Vaizle's live agent? ✅
The Live Agent is the newest way to work inside Vaizle AI. It connects to your Meta Ads account and pulls data in real time, so every answer you get is based on what's actually happening right now, not a snapshot from days ago. | • | Real-time data. Not yesterday's numbers. Not a cached snapshot. What's actually happening in your account right now. If something changed in the last hour, you can ask about it. |
| | • | It understands your brand before it talks to you. You can give it your website, a landing page, a competitor's page, or their Meta Ads account, and it reads all of that first. So the answers it gives you are about your brand and your market, not just generic advice. |
| | • | It analyzes creatives. Your ads, or your competitors' active ads pulled live from the Meta Ads Library. Ask it what angles competitors are testing right now. It'll actually look. |

One more thing: you can now pick your LLM 💯
We also replaced the old thinking mode toggles (Fast / Think Normal / Think Extended) with something more direct: you now choose which underlying AI model runs your analysis. Pick the one you're most comfortable with, or experiment and see which gives you better answers for your use case.
