Last week I realized something. Teams crushing it with AI aren't the most tech-savvy ones. They're the most impatient ones.
Case in point - one of my teammates wanted to work on Vaizle's help center and built the entire mockup herself with ChatGPT. No coding, no Figma designs, no fancy prompts. And her attempt moved the entire workflow forward!
That's when it clicked. The real AI advantage isn't technical skill, it's the willingness to try something today instead of planning it perfectly for next month.
That being said, I am now writing this issue with one goal in mind. To help you turn your impatience into progress. By the end of this edition, I hope you'll leave with something actionable today that you can check off by Friday.

Today's use-case is however inspired by my own experience.
Whenever we're deep into a deep brainstorming session, I just click a picture of the whiteboard and give it to GPT to form a clear mindmap and workflow.

💯 Marketing case study: Duolingo’s epic creator playbook
Here's something we can all agree with - Duolingo is damn good at social media marketing! And that's because they turned it into a creator's channel.
Duolingo let a very small team (led by a fresher, no less!) take the wheel on TikTok and Reels, try ideas while trends were still warm, and stay in character.
Why it worked: A consistent character lowers the creative effort because you are not reinventing tone every time. |
Try this: If you're trying to get more out of social media, it is best to start with one channel.
Assign one person to work on it for at least 6 weeks. Write a light persona with three tone words and three things you’ll avoid. Choose two or three bits you can repeat each week. ✅
