Hi ,
Hold these numbers for a second.
TikTok's average engagement rate in 2026: 3.70%. Instagram's: 0.48%. Facebook's: 0.15%.
Now tell me why Meta just launched a program offering creators up to $3,000 a month to post Reels on Facebook.
That question is more interesting than it looks. And the answer says a lot about where things are heading for anyone building an audience on social right now.
It's also the last day of Q1. So while I have your attention, let's close out the quarter with something worth reading. ⬇️
🗞️ In today's Marketing Scoop, we're covering: ✦ Meta is paying $3,000/month to post on Facebook. Here's why. ✦ Three things happening on social you should know about ✦ One trend blowing up on TikTok this week (try it this weekend) ✦ Fresh reads from the Vaizle blog ✦ Something exciting coming from Vaizle — very soon |

🔥 Meta is literally paying creators to be on Facebook On March 18, Meta launched something called Creator Fast Track.
Here's how it works. If you have 100K+ followers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, Meta will guarantee you $1,000/month to post Reels on Facebook. Have 1M+ followers on any one platform? That jumps to $3,000/month. The guarantee runs for three months.
The bar to qualify is lower than you'd expect. Post 15 Reels across at least 10 days in a month. The content doesn't need to be Facebook-exclusive. You can literally repost what you're already making.
So what's actually going on?
Facebook's engagement rate is 0.15%. Nobody's making great content for a platform where the audience barely reacts. Creators moved to TikTok and Instagram. Audiences followed. And Facebook, with its 3 billion users, slowly became a place people scroll past rather than stop at.
Meta knows this. They're not fixing it slowly. They're writing checks.
The part worth watching: The guaranteed pay stops at month 4. Meta continues the reach boost "in perpetuity" — but whether that reach actually means anything depends on your audience. The money is easy to say yes to. Month 4 is the real test. |
Should you apply?
• If you have 100K+ anywhere, you're leaving $1,000/month on the table by not trying. • The content requirement is low. Most active creators post 15 Reels anyway. • Your existing content qualifies. No Facebook-exclusives needed. • Think of it as a 3-month paid experiment on a platform you've probably been ignoring.

😍 Three things happening on social right now • Instagram finally lets you fix your grid thumbnail.
You can now manually reposition and zoom thumbnails directly on your profile grid, without deleting and reposting the content. If you've ever ruined an aesthetic because Instagram cropped your image wrong — this one's for you. Small change. Big relief. • TikTok rolled out subscribers-only Stories.
Exclusive Stories for paying subscribers are live. If you've been growing a community on TikTok, you now have a direct way to reward your most engaged followers with content they can't get anywhere else. Paid subscription tiers on social are quietly becoming the standard, not the exception. • Meta is adding location fees in six countries from July 2026.
If you run ads targeting audiences in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, or Turkey — new country-specific fees are coming in July. Meta is offsetting local digital services taxes, and the charges range from 2% to 5% depending on the country. Not huge, but worth knowing before it hits your billing.

🎯 One trend worth trying this week There's a clip going viral from motivational speaker Jocko Willink. The line: "Do you actually wanna do this or not?"
Creators are pairing it with the most mundane, relatable moments at work. The format works because Jocko sounds completely serious, and the situation is completely ordinary. That gap is what makes people laugh and share it.
Examples for social media people: • "When you've been perfecting the caption for 45 minutes and the post goes live at 2% reach anyway." • "When a client says 'just a small change' on a design that's already been approved three times." • "When you finally sit down to batch content and suddenly have zero ideas." |
The more specific and niche your version, the better it lands. Try it this week. See example post>>

❤️ Something exciting coming from Vaizle Until now, most of you haven't been able to try Vaizle AI. Well, now that's about to change.
We're bringing Facebook Page analytics and Instagram insights into Vaizle AI.
Which means you'll soon be able to ask plain-English questions about your organic social performance, the same way you'd ask a colleague.
Example questions you'll be able to ask:
- Which of my posts drove the most profile visits this month? - Is my reach actually declining or does it just feel that way? - What content format should I be making more of right now? |
We're also adding Google Ads and Shopify, so if you run paid alongside your organic, everything sits in one place for the first time.

💌 That's a wrap on Q1 If Q1 taught us anything, it’s this: keeping up with marketing is one job, but making sense of performance fast enough to act on it is a whole different one.
So two things:
- Reply if there’s some feedback from your end or a question want me to cover next. (This newsletter is a safe space for interaction, and I reply to all messages received!)
- And if you’re already running Meta Ads, try Vaizle AI now and see what happens when you can just ask for answers instead of digging for them.
April starts tomorrow. Good time for a better workflow.
Quick housekeeping • Move this email to Primary if it landed elsewhere • Questions about the product? [email protected] • Want to try Vaizle AI? Start here |
That’s it from me. Don’t let one weird metric ruin your day. 🌸
