Yesterday was Social Media Day (June 30th) — yep, that’s a thing ⚡

Honestly, it’s just a good excuse to pause and see what’s actually happening online.

Trends move fast, but here are a few that are still worth paying attention to this week:

• "Pull something random out of the fridge" 

I am not active on TikTok but my teammates are. Apparently, pulling random things out of the refrigerator is a fun trend now. And honestly, I can see why 😆 

• Fit checks are never really out of trend. 

This time, use this audio to film yours. Or give it a fun twist by dressing up in office. Anything works 😀 

• "My pet peeve is people saying..."

Remember how we sometimes feel that no one is better at this particular thing than us? Leverage that with this trend. It is sassy. It is dramatic. It is a whole mood.
